Superb Bull Semen



We choose only our best bulls for collection. While some will collect bulls as young as under one year of age, we wait for them to mature to be able to tell more about the bull. Any bull can be small in height, it is the genetics in his lineage that will paint the full picture of what his offspring may be like. This only comes with maturity of the bull.
We have sold out of many of our collected bulls and have several superior yearling+ bulls waiting in the wings for collection in 2024/2025.
WSF Peter Piper is a new addition to our list of collected breeding bulls.

Temperament and many other traits can and does breed into offspring. We believe in choosing our herd sires carefully.

All of our collected bulls are disease tested and negative, prior to being collected. We only allow "day jumps" and never leave our bulls at a facility outside of our watchful eyes. We never sell semen units until the bull has had a live birth or two on our farm, to see what they will produce here. We never allow an "electric probe" to be used on any of our bulls during collection. We only collect a bull once during his lifetime to assure that we do not saturate the market with a particular bull or his lineage.


At White Star Farm, we do not purchase bulls just to collect them to sell semen, as others do. We prefer to breed for the best quality bulls and raise them here for a period of time, then offer them once they're proven here. If we purchase bulls at all, they have something excellent to bring to our herd, or we don't waste our time on them.




WSF Peter Piper - a2/a2 - homo polled

WSF Peter Piper is the apex of our bull breeding program. This bull has it all: historical pedigree, gentle enough to sit on, a2a2 beta casein, homo polling, small size, perfect conformation, and eye candy in the field with his gorgeous tri-color coat.

Peter Piper is no doubt one of the best Mini Jerseys bulls out there today. He finished out at 42.5" by fall of 2023. His dam is WSF Tia Maria and his sire is BH Peter...with superb historic lineages on both of their sides, going back to Annette Hester's and Nathan Harris lines, both original breeders of MJ's.

Hester's Ruda - a1/a2 - Hetero Polled

This bull is one of my most prized! We purchased this gorgeous bull directly from Annette Hester, one of the earliest breeders of mini Jerseys. He was the last of her breeding MJ cows. Ruda throws extreme paint on every offspring he has produced and this continues on, here in his great grandson, WSF Peter Piper. His genetics also corrects bad udder conformation through his heifers.


Ruda had an almost flawless conformation and great attitude...he was collected only one time, by us, to preserve his long and historical pedigree. He is my "go to" bull for pedigree, flashy coat, mature size, as well as temperament and style...just nothing bad about him at all.

Hester's Ruda was put down at the age of 8 yrs from arthritis in his hips.

WSF BUGSY - a1/a2 - Homo Polled

WSF Bugsy was one of 5 generations of animals on our farm that started with stock from Mary Ruth Conklin, from Weirsdale, Florida. She had the farm known as "Meadow Beauty". Bugsy proved to be one of the most sound bulls we've ever raised. By the age of three years, he was still under 42" tall and was as gentle as the day is long. We thought to save his lineage by having him collected, to preserve his lines for the future. He was good enough fertility wise (in the 98 percentile), that we had him certifed to sell to other countries.


If you want to bring small mature size and superb gentle nature, this is the bull to use. Bugsy offers the true "Jersey Island" bull look.

Bugsy was deceased at the age of 7 years.

B&P Paula's Pancho - a2/a2 - Hetero Polled

We purchased a beautiful blond cow from a friend up north...this little blond bull was by her side. Pancho was collected by our farm and the units remaining are very limited now. Pancho matured to 41.5" at three years and is now deceased.

MHF Tommy Hawk - a2/a2 - Hetero Polled

MHF Tommy Hawk was born and raised here in north Georgia. We purchased him at around a year or so old. He was halter broke and a true gentleman on our farm.
We collected him after seeing what he brought to the table here with our cows. He produced very small offspring for us with superbly gentle temperaments. A good bull to bring sizes down and add great udder attachment to his heifers.

WSF Toy Maker - a2/a2 - Dehorned

WSF Toy Maker is half Mini Jersey and half registered Guernsey. We call him a "Jernsey". He was 43" at three years of age, but was sold, so not sure if he grew more after that age. He was a super gentle bottle raised bull. We do not have any of his calves here to show and have a limited number of units available now, most sold to a Guernsey farm up north.

Barnyard Mini Doctor Smurf - a1/a1 - Homo Poll

This gorgeous little bull was one of my all time favorites. Doc brings sizes down really well and added lots of paint and homo polling to his offspring here for us. Check out WSF Raindance (Doozy) on Our Cows page for one of his daughters. We will always keep his genetics on our farm for the future. Doc was the very last MJ born on the farm of Nathan Harris, our favorite breeder. Doc also lived to be almost 9 years old but was put down due to arthritis in his hips. His sire, BM Tinker Smurf, lived to be 11 years of age!

WSF Boomerang - a1/a2, homo polled



WSF Boomerang is a superbly well bred bull and has now been collected for conventional semen. He no longer lives here at our farm, but is a beautiful mature bull to breed with for top shelf calves. He has historical Barnyard Mini Ellie Mae genetics on his sires' side as well as our previously owned Frazier's Rio.

Boomer has over a dozen or so live calves to his credit
all bring small at birth and most all are painted and homo polled. He is a1a2 beta casein, and homo polled.

WSF Little White Cloud - a1/a1, dehorned



When this little bull was born here, I had no idea a Jersey bull could be mostly white in color.. If he had been homo polled, he'd still be living at White Star Farm today. Cloud is still as pretty today as he was when he was born. We have a few remaining units on this superb and small at maturity bull. Cloud is a1a1 beta casein and dehorned. He stands at 41" @ 6 yrs of age...with a super gentle temperament. WSF Little White Cloud is now deceased.
